Aris - Pointers In Need

About Pointer Aris

Sex: Male       Age: around 2 years

Aris is an orange/white Pointer dog who is approximately 2 years old. He is one of four litter mates who were dumped as tiny pups. Like his littermates, Aris has been in Kos Animal Rescue for the whole of the two years of his life. Pointers are not usually rehomed in Kos as only hunters would like to take them – local residents are just not interested.

Aris has been fully vet checked, is in great health and he has been neutered.

Aris is a long-legged Pointer – who is going through the ‘gangly’ stage – but he is an elegant male. He is slightly nervous of strangers at first, but it does not take him long to warm to them.
Aris can be submissive and gets on well alone or in a pack. He walks well on the lead, has good recall, but is a bit nervous of road traffic. He is not too sure with the cats but steers clear of them.
