Beethoven - Pointers in Need

About Pointer Beethoven

Sex: Male        Age: 2.5 years

Beethoven currently being fostered in Wales, he is 2.5 years old and has been neutered

Beethoven was found in Karditsa Mountains in April 2017, since then he has been in a shelter, until recently when he was placed with an experienced foster home in Wales.

Beethoven, as you can imagine by his name is ‘deaf’ so he will need an experienced adopter in handling of deaf dogs.

Beethoven loves other dogs, there is not one ounce of aggression in him he just follows his friends around and lets them take the lead, even at dinner time, he has learnt to wait his turn, (he loves pasta & mackerel).  The ideal environment for Beethoven would be to have at least one other dog in the home.  Beethoven is excellent on the lead and looks at you for guidance.

Although Beethoven is deaf he is still playful and is learning from his new foster friends when it’s time to stop playing as he cannot hear them tell him to stop.

Beethoven cannot be housed with young children or cats. As expected he does tend to bark a bit more than usual when he wants attention but with time and training will fizz out.  Beethoven is now searching for his forever home.

Beethoven will come with 5 weeks FREE insurance and the full back up support of the wonderful Pointers In Need team.

Please contact us if you can give Beethoven a new loving, forever home very soon.
