Paloma - Pointers in Need

About Pointer Paloma

Sex: Female        Age: 3 years

Paloma is currently in Spain, is 3 years old and will be spayed

Paloma was abandoned by her owner (a hunter) because she was no good for hunting as she was terrified of the shots.  Paloma was traumatised when she was found but due to the fantastic work by staff at the refuge, she has  come on in leaps and bounds in such a short time.  Paloma needs an extra special experienced pointer home so that she can gain her confidence and trust of people, strange people and places are very scary to her.  A family home with other dogs would be ideal and a small garden, as she is better in a small environment until she can gain her confidence again.    Although, Paloma was no good for hunting, she still has a hunting instinct and ideally a suitable home without cats, chickens etc would be ideal.

Paloma will come with 5 weeks FREE insurance and the full back up support of the wonderful Pointers In Need team.
